Job summary

The MetroHealth System is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to assist with a range of diagnostic and interventional fluoroscopy procedures across multiple service lines. The role spans patients from infancy to geriatric, emphasizing safety and quality care.

Under supervision, you will ensure proper technique, sterile field management, and adherence to regulatory standards while supporting a collaborative radiology team. A sign-on bonus is offered for external applicants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program is required.
• Must possess a valid Ohio Radiographer License.
• ARRT registration as Radiologic Technologist (RT) required.
• ACLS certification (or obtain within 1 year of hire) recommended.
• BLS certification (or obtain within probationary period) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional fluoroscopy procedures.
• Support vascular, cardiology, CT surgery, interventional radiology, and neuroscience service lines.
• Provide safe, comfortable patient care across age groups.
• Operate fluoroscopy equipment per MetroHealth policies and procedures.
• Comply with all governing ODH regulations and department standards.
