Job summary

The MetroHealth System is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to assist with a range of diagnostic and interventional procedures under fluoroscopy, supporting vascular, cardiology, interventional radiology, and neuroscience service lines. The patient population ranges from infancy to geriatric, ensuring safety and support throughout procedures.

Responsibilities include operating imaging equipment, maintaining sterile technique, and adhering to system policies while delivering high-quality patient

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License.
• ARRT registered Radiologic Technologist (RT).
• ACLS certification or obtain within 1 year of hire.
• BLS certification or obtain within the probationary period.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-call hours on a rotating basis.
• Ability to interact with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures under fluoroscopy supervision.
• Support vascular, cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, interventional radiology, and neuroscience service lines.
• Provide a safe and supportive care environment during procedures.
• UpholdMetroHealth System policies and procedures and applicable regulations.
