Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to assist in diagnostic and interventional procedures across vascular, cardiology, and neuroscience areas. The role supports a wide patient age range and emphasizes safety and quality of care under established policies.

The candidate must hold an Ohio radiographer license, ARRT registration, and BLS/ACLS credentials, with on-call availability and strong communication skills to collaborate with teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or passage of a high school equivalency exam.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Possess a valid Radiographer License for the State of Ohio.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with ARRT.
• ACLS certification or obtain within 1 year of hire.
• BLS Certification from the AHA or obtain within probationary period.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-call hours on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a variety of diagnostic and interventional procedures across vascular, cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, interventional radiology, and neuroscience service lines.
• Provide safe and supportive care for patients undergoing fluoroscopic procedures.
• Work under supervision to align with MetroHealth System policies and procedures and ODH regulations.
