Qualifications

• Advanced training in Radiologic Technology beyond high school.
• Interventional radiology knowledge and procedural support expected.
• ARB/ARRT licensure requirements implied by role.

Responsibilities

• Operate angiographic and ultrasound equipment for inpatients and outpatients.
• Assist with interventional and surgical procedures as scrub assistant.
• Monitor patients and respond to life-threatening changes, perform CPR when needed.
• Identify and process diagnostic-quality images and label them correctly.
• Maintain records and enter study information into radiology system.
• Serve as technical resource and preceptor for staff and students.
• Coordinate post-procedure education and department processes.
• Position and transport patients with proper technique, lifting as required.
