Job summary

The MetroHealth System is seeking an enthusiastic Radiologic Technologist to support a broad range of diagnostic and interventional procedures within the Interventional Radiology Department at MetroHealth Medical Center. The role involves fluoroscopy-assisted care for diverse patient populations across age groups, from infants to elderly, in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates hold an Ohio Radiographer License, ARRT registration, and ACLS/BLS certifications with on-call rotational

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Valid Radiographer License for the State of Ohio.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with ARRT.
• ACLS or obtain within 1 year of hire.
• BLS certification from the AHA or obtain within probation.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-call hours rotating to meet department needs.
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures across vascular, cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, interventional radiology, and neuroscience service lines.
• Provide safe, supportive care for patients undergoing fluoroscopy.
• Work in a multipurpose role aligned with policy and OH regulatory requirements.
• Uphold MetroHealth System mission, values, and customer service standards.
