Job summary

HCA HealthONE Aurora is seeking an Interventional Radiology Supervisor to coordinate daily IR operations and assist in procedures, ensuring safe, efficient patient care. You will oversee staff, schedules, and workflow while maintaining regulatory compliance and quality standards in a dynamic imaging service line.

The role requires RN license or ARRT(R) certification with BLS/ACLS; supervisory and interventional radiology experience are preferred.

Qualifications

RN License or ARRT(R) certification required, with BLS and ACLS for RN and BLS for Technologist.
High School Diploma or GED.
One year healthcare experience required; 2+ years interventional radiology experience preferred; 1+ years supervisory experience preferred.
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
Vocational School graduate.
(RN) Registered Nurse, or (ARRT-R) Radiography, or (ARRT-VI) Vascular Interventional Radiography, or (RVT) Registered Vascular Technician.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operation of interventional radiology and assist in procedures and patient care.
Manage schedules, monthly staff rounding, and collaboration with leadership.
Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care across age groups.
Demonstrate critical thinking and effective communication within the department.
