Job summary

HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge is seeking an Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse to join our caring team. You will advocate for patients, prepare for procedures, insert IVs, and monitor vitals during care in the Radiology department.

The role requires an active Colorado RN license with BLS, ACLS, and PALS, and 2–3 years in a specialty unit. No travel, on-site work, and a strong emphasis on patient safety and post-procedure monitoring.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
• Colorado Registered Nurse License with current BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certification.
• 2–3 years of experience in a specialty unit (Critical Care, ED, PACU, or Radiology) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for procedures: check and verify vital signs, meds, NPO status, labs, and history.
• Insert and remove intravenous lines and administer conscious sedation and other drugs.
• Monitor patient patterns and vital signs during procedures.
• Oversee patient safety and comfort before, during, and after procedures.
• Provide post-procedure monitoring for signs of complications such as bleeding, pain, or changes in vitals.
