Corewell Health in Royal Oak, MI is seeking a Special Procedure Tech to support Heart and Vascular procedures. The position is full-time, day shift, Monday through Friday, with on-call weekends and hours from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM (may extend to 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM).
Under supervision, you will assist physicians during pre, intra, and post care, perform IV starts, monitor hemodynamics, operate equipment, and educate patients and families.
Corewell Health is offering up to a $15,000.00 sign-on bonus to external hires and internal new grads currently in a student role.
Full Time - Days
Monday to Friday
Hours: 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, occasionally 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM

Under general supervision, the Special Procedure Tech provides direct care pre, intra, and post for patients undergoing Heart and/or Vascular procedures to assist physicians and deliver quality patient/family centered care. The incumbent may be required to perform IV starts, prep patients, monitor hemodynamics, operate equipment, document procedures, vascular access site management, and provide patient/family education.
