Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid Registered Nurse license to practice in this state.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients and rooms for radiology procedures while ensuring policy compliance.
• Explains procedures to patients and addresses concerns, maintaining confidentiality.
• Supports quality patient care by implementing facility action plans and goals.
• Maintains medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance with audits.
• Keeps the facility clean and safe; inspects equipment and manages supplies.
• Assists with hazardous waste disposal and environmental standards.
• Attends meetings, collaborates with physicians, and addresses concerns.
• Participates in radiography policy development and regulatory surveys.
• Administers moderate sedation during procedures.
• Conducts pre-op and follow-up calls.
