Job summary

Banner Health's Interventional Radiology team in Phoenix, AZ seeks an experienced RN to support high-acuity neurovascular care. You will work 4 x 10-hour day shifts (7:30a–6:00p) with a rotating weekday off, and on-call requirements. The role involves administering moderate sedation and collaborating with procedural staff to prepare rooms in a Level 1 Trauma center.

Minimum 2 years ICU/ED experience required; BLS and active RN license required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or higher education in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, plan and document nursing care in accordance with policies and standards.
• Formulate and implement an individualized plan of care with multidisciplinary input.
• Coordinate and supervise care during procedures, ensuring room readiness and safety.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed with physician input.
• Document care and communicate status to the care team and family.
