Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan nursing care in accordance with policy.
• Implement and evaluate nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses and other staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Document patient status, plan of care and outcomes accurately.
