Job summary

HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge is seeking an RN to lead Interventional Radiology operations under the Radiology Director. This role supports patient-focused care, oversees daily IR activities, and may rotate to related areas as needed to ensure competent, safe service.

The RN in this role will manage resources, drive quality improvement, and serve as an educational resource for radiology staff, supporting hospital-wide goals.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or active multistate RN license with BLS (AHA/ARC)
• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing; BSN desirable.
• 2 years critical care experience in a relevant unit (CCU/ED/PACU/Radiology).
• Demonstrates organizational, judgment, and problem-solving skills; strong communication; able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Oversees supply/inventory management for Interventional Radiology.
• Monitors staff performance and evaluations; ensures QC/PI data accuracy.
• Serves as educational resource to radiology staff and hospital departments.
• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
