Wellstar Health System, Inc. in Georgia seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to support the Site Manager and deliver high-quality care across invasive, interventional, and surgical procedures. You will apply nursing processes and address age-specific needs to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The role requires ACLS/BLS, at least 1 year in peri-operative/ICU/ED, and strong English communication. Flexibility for day shifts and on-call hours is expected, with adherence to QA, documentation, and

Competenze

Nursing degree or diploma required; BSN preferred.
Minimum 1 year nursing experience in ICU/CCU/ED or peri-operative setting.
ACLs and BLS certifications required.
RN license GA or Compact license; multi-state allowed.
NIHSS certification within 30 days required.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Mansioni

Perform clinical duties with independent judgment and initiative.
Provide pre- and post-procedure patient care for invasive/interventional/surgical procedures.
Administer contrast and medications per weight and physician orders when needed.
Maintain sterile technique and IV skills; ensure patient safety.
Coordinate with physicians and team; ensure proper documentation and chart reviews.
Remain flexible with hours, including on-call shifts; uphold policies and patient care standards.
