Wellstar Health System, Inc. is seeking a registered nurse to support the Vascular Institute and Medical Imaging departments in Georgia.

The role involves performing a wide range of clinical duties, pre- and post-procedure care, and ensuring patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of nursing experience in ICU/ED settings, current BLS/ACLS, and NIHSS certification within 30 days.

Competenze

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse); Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
• NIHSS certification required within 30 days.

Mansioni

• Provide pre and post procedure care of patients for invasive, interventional and surgical procedures.
• Administer conscious sedation per policy.
• Maintain current successful completion of BLS and ACLS.
• Verify patient identity with two identifiers and correct chart.
• Coordinate daily patient schedules and assist in imaging areas as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and State/Federal regulations.
