Job summary

Cleveland Clinic is seeking an RN for Interventional Radiology at the Main Campus in Cleveland, OH to provide patient-centered care for hospitalized individuals undergoing diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.

You will collaborate with the medical team, perform assessments, administer medications, conduct education, and help coordinate discharge planning to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (ADN or BSN) required.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to hospitalized patients undergoing diagnostic or therapeutic services.
• Assess patients, complete nursing assessments, document findings, and notify physicians of abnormal findings.
• Perform telephone triage and call rotations.
• Perform nursing procedures and administer treatments and medications.
• Establish care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Coordinate ongoing care, identify discharge needs, and facilitate discharge planning.
• Evaluate, initiate, and maintain standards of care.
• Assist with specialized patient care equipment as required by the clinical department.
• Educate patients and families.
