Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing and current Ohio RN licensure.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS, PALS, and PEARS certifications required; NRP recommended for Neonatal care.
• Preferred: OR/BMT/PACU experience and related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, document, and evaluate nursing care in an assigned area per provider orders and standards.
• Direct activities of assigned nursing personnel and supervise care delivery.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions; maintain accurate care documentation.
• Uphold MetroHealth System mission, vision, values, and customer service standards.

Education
