Job summary

The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care in an assigned clinic or clinical area, including Radiology Diagnostics, Cat Scan, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, MRI, The Center for Breast Health, and Interventional procedures units.

They assess patients, perform physical examinations, and take health history and demographic information, planning and evaluating treatment plans per medical orders and nursing standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of critical care/ER experience preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care during procedures or studies.
• Document patient status throughout procedures and adjust care as needed.
• Administer treatments and medications per plan of care and protocols.
• Assist Radiologist/physician during invasive procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and HIPAA compliance.
• Participate in quality assurance and continuing education.
