Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis on the Saint Louis area is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our Interventional Radiology team at St. Louis Children's Hospital.

This full-time role is a Monday–Friday day position with no on-call or weekend duties. The PA will independently perform image-guided procedures, provide follow-up care and education, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across procedural, inpatient, and outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Physician Assistant Studies.
• Current PA licensure in MO and/or IL or ability to obtain within three months.
• Basic Life Support certification (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Performs image-guided procedures and provides follow-up care.
• Counsels patients and obtains medical histories.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests; assists during surgery.
• Collaborates with the health care team to ensure protocol adherence.
