Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Department of Radiology, is seeking a Nationally Certified Radiology Physician Assistant (RPA) for a full-time Interventional Radiology opportunity in California. 1–3 years of Radiology experience preferred; on-the-job training provided upon hiring.

RPAs use ultrasound, X-ray/fluoroscopy, CT, and MRI to diagnose and treat patients, work under supervision of a licensed interventional radiologist, and report findings to the supervising radiologist.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with precise patient data handling.
• Strong communication while explaining procedures.
• Ability to work in fast-paced interventional IR settings.
• Ability to interpret basic imaging and lab results.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate new IR consults and triage appropriately.
• Assist interventional radiologists with procedures.
• Educate patients about upcoming procedures.
• Document findings and report to supervising radiologist.
• Progress to autonomous practice after training.
