Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Licensure in Maryland required within 6 months of hire; multi-state credentials may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Radiologist with procedures requiring professional nursing skills.
• Provide pre-procedural assessment and post-procedural evaluation.
• Administer medications and manage sedation as ordered.
• Respond to contrast reactions and medical emergencies as team lead until attending radiologist arrives.
• Maintain crash carts and imaging center equipment; monitor critical patient status.
