Job summary

Kaiser Permanente in Silver Spring, MD, seeks a Nurse Manager I with ACLS and PALS for Interventional Radiology. You will lead clinical teams across a 24/7 operation, drive performance, and ensure safety and quality in patient care.

Must have IR leadership experience and be able to travel among all 5 KPMAS IR sites—Tysons Corner, Largo, South Baltimore, HC POB, and Caton Hill. RN licensed and Bachelors in Nursing preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in patient care delivery.
• Two (2) years in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• BSN or higher preferred; RN license required in states of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provides developmental opportunities and coaching to drive performance.
• Translates business plans into tactical actions and ensures policy compliance.
• Oversees administrative functions to support patient care and regulatory standards.
• Manages 24/7 care delivery operations and monitors resource utilization.
• Ensures safety, quality, and standardized care across units.
