• Critical Care background preferred.
• New graduates must possess current knowledge of the nursing process.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the application of the nursing process based on theory and evidence-based practice.
• Assess and evaluate patient care needs using critical thinking skills.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers about their plan of care and health promotion.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Manage assignments within the Care Delivery Model of Modified Primary Nursing.
• Practice safe and efficient patient-centered care, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Perform charge nurse duties as assigned and coordinate supply utilization.
• Document nursing practice accurately to support quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in shared decision-making through nursing committees and initiatives.
