The ideal candidate holds a BSN, is a graduate of an accredited nursing program, and has at least one year of IR or Cath Lab leadership experience with ongoing education. Salary range is $136,100 to $223,069 annually.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• BSN in Nursing is required for the Interventional Radiology Nurse Manager.
• Evidence of appropriate continuing education for skill level and area of practice.
• At least one year’s experience in Interventional Radiology or Cath Lab circulating and monitoring OR as a manager/supervisor/coordinator in an OR.

Responsibilities

• The Interventional Radiology Nurse Manager coordinates all aspects (RN, RT, CVT) of patient care for interventional radiology and cardiology procedures utilizing a yearly operational budget in coordination with the OR Director.
• Maintains working knowledge of all medical/legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements for the multidisciplinary interventional team (RN, RT, CVT) and ensures departmental compliance.
• Accept responsibility for the coordination of all interventional staffing and patient care activities.
• Promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
