Job summary

Loma Linda VA is seeking an energetic, driven Interventional Radiologist to provide inpatient and outpatient interventional services at the Loma Linda VA Medical Center. The physician will perform ultrasound, CT and fluoroscopic guided procedures, and will supervise fellows, residents and medical students rotating on Radiology.

The role includes developing a research program in a relevant area to benefit Veterans’ healthcare and participating in education and teaching of medical students,

Qualifications

• Board-certified Interventional Radiologist with experience in ultrasound, CT and fluoroscopic procedures.
• Experience teaching fellows, residents and medical students.
• Ability to develop a research program benefiting Veterans' healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Perform interventional procedures including ultrasound, CT and fluoroscopic guided punctures.
• Supervise and teach fellows, residents and medical students.
• Develop a research program to benefit Veterans' healthcare needs.
• Perform diagnostic interpretation of x-rays.
