Job summary

UNC Health Caldwell in Lenoir, NC, seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Interventional Radiologist to join our team onsite. Positions include full-time, part-time, or per diem with light IR procedures and outpatient work. The role may involve dayshift hours and split duties between Caldwell Hospital and the main campus radiology operations.

The ideal candidate is an MD or DO, completed IR training, and eligible for NC licensure. A sign-on, relocation, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Interventional Radiology residency or fellowship program.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in both Diagnostic & Interventional Radiology.
• Eligible forNorth Carolina medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Perform light Interventional Radiology procedures in the radiology department and outpatient work.
• Dayshift, Monday–Friday.
• Full-time covers onsite light IR needs at main campus several days a week and 2 days/week at the mammography center.
• Part-time involves 2–3 days/week of light IR work onsite at UNC Health Caldwell Hospital.
