Job summary

Tufts Medical Center and Tufts Medicine invite applications for an Interventional Radiologist to join our Department of Radiology with primary duties based at Tufts Medical Center. The role combines procedural work, diagnostic imaging, inpatient and outpatient IR consultations, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in a thriving academic hospital environment.

Qualifications

MD or DO degree required.
Board-certified or board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology with fellowship training in Interventional Radiology.
Strong procedural and diagnostic skills for community hospital practice.
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

Perform a broad spectrum of interventional procedures including vascular access, biopsies, drainages, embolization, and other minimally invasive therapies.
Interpret diagnostic imaging studies to support procedural planning.
Provide inpatient and outpatient IR consultations and follow-up.
Collaborate with Tufts Medical Center teams across surgery, emergency medicine, oncology, and primary care.
Engage in multidisciplinary rounds and quality-improvement initiatives.
