Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology with fellowship training in Interventional Radiology.
• Strong procedural and diagnostic skills for community hospital practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad spectrum of interventional procedures (vascular access, biopsies, drainages, embolization) and other minimally invasive therapies.
• Interpret diagnostic imaging studies to support procedural planning.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient IR consultations and post-procedure care.
• Collaborate with Tufts Medical Center teams (surgery, emergency medicine, oncology, primary care)
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and case reviews to support high-quality patient care.
• Educate patients about procedures, expectations, and follow-up plans.
• Engage in quality improvement and academic activities as interest allows.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation per hospital standards.
