Job summary

Centurion Surgery Center is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to support physicians during interventional pain management procedures. You will operate C-Arm fluoroscopy, position patients for high-quality images, and maintain radiation safety in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

The role requires ARRT certification, Florida license, and a minimum of one year of radiologic experience, with proficiency in EMR systems and strong communication skills to ensure excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification.
• Current Florida Radiologic Technologist license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of one year radiologic technology experience.
• Knowledge of radiation safety principles and fluoroscopic imaging.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Operate fluoroscopic imaging equipment (C-Arm) during interventional procedures.
• Position patients to obtain high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring comfort and safety.
• Maintain radiation safety standards for patients, physicians, and staff.
• Prepare imaging equipment, rooms, and supplies prior to procedures.
• Verify patient identity and procedure information before imaging.
• Assist physicians during image-guided procedures while maintaining sterile technique.
• Monitor and maintain imaging equipment and report issues.
• Document imaging procedures and patient information in the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to provide patient care.
• Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, infection prevention standards and company policies.
