Qualifications

• Proficiency in radiographic and fluoroscopic techniques.
• Knowledge of interventional imaging procedures and sterile technique.
• Ability to operate imaging and EMR systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist patient transfers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures while ensuring safety.
• Perform radiographic and fluoroscopic imaging during pain management procedures.
• Operate C-arm fluoroscopy equipment per physician directions.
• Verify patient identity and review clinical history prior to imaging.
• Maintain patient records including imaging documentation and radiation logs.
• Maintain infection control and sterile technique.
• Ensure equipment functionality and report malfunctions.
• Assist with inventory and ordering of imaging supplies.
• Communicate with patients and address questions and concerns.
• Participate in continuing education for licensure and certification.
