AtlantiCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Interventional Pulmonology team in New Jersey. The RN collaborates with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care across inpatient, outpatient and community settings, ensuring alignment with the medical treatment plan.

The role emphasizes assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation, along with education, patient empowerment, and adherence to standards. BLS certification and NJ RN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in nursing care processes and coordination of care across inpatient, outpatient and community settings.
• Experience with clinical applications and health IT systems is preferred.
• Current, valid RN license in New Jersey and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Lead assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation within the care plan.
• Oversee and document adherence to standards, guidelines and organizational policy.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and professional growth.
