The candidate will provide comprehensive clinical care, perform advanced bronchoscopy and pleural procedures, and collaborate with thoracic surgeons, oncologists, radiologists, and pathologists.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Interventional Pulmonary Fellowship trained and AABIP board certified or eligible.
• Experience with EBUS, navigational bronchoscopy, rigid bronchoscopy, airway stenting, and complex airway management.
• Interest in an academic medical center environment with education, research or quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical care for complex pulmonary and airway disorders.
• Perform advanced bronchoscopy procedures including EBUS, navigational, robotic and rigid bronchoscopy, stenting, and tumor debulking/ablation.
• Evaluate and manage complex pleural disease with procedures like thoracentesis and chest tube placement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, oncologists, radiologists, and pathologists.
• Educate and mentor residents, fellows, medical students, and advanced practice providers.
