Broadlawns Medical Center in Des Moines, IA, seeks an Interventional Psychiatry RN to support outpatient behavioral health with pre/post care and interventional procedures. Under supervision, you will document observations, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, collaborate with the care team, and participate in certifications such as BLS/ACLS during orientation.

Shift 7:30 am–4:00 pm; full-time with comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Current RN license recognized by the Iowa Board of Nursing.
• One year experience with individuals with chronic mental illness.
• One year experience in a clinical setting.
• Ability to verbally and physically de-escalate a patient.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• BLS and ACLS, ECT competencies, TMS certification during orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Administers treatment and interventions for patients in the Interventional Psychiatry Clinic.
• Delivers pre-treatment and post-procedure care and observation.
• Documents observations and clinical information in a timely manner.
• Collaborates with leadership, healthcare tech, and administrative partners.
• Maintains patient rights, confidentiality, and a therapeutic environment.
