Broadlawns Medical Center in Des Moines, IA, seeks an Interventional Behavioral Health Clinic Nurse for a full-time day shift (7:30 a.m.–4 p.m.). The RN delivers pre- and post-procedure care, administers treatments, and collaborates with the psychiatry team to support outpatient care.

Requires Iowa RN license and at least one year in mental health or clinical settings; strong communication and de-escalation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Current Iowa RN license.
• At least 1 year working with individuals with chronic mental illness.
• At least 1 year in a clinical setting.

Responsabilités

• Provides routine direct services and care to patients in the Interventional Psychiatry Clinic.
• Administers treatment and interventions; delivers pre-treatment and post-procedure care and observation.
• Documents observations, clinical information and results; maintains patient rights and confidentiality.
