Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL is seeking an Interventional Procedures Technologist Lead to oversee daily department activities and provide expert radiologic support. You will coordinate staff, ensure quality patient care and drive safety initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires IL licensure with ARRT, CPR/BLS, ACLS within 12 months, and 2+ years in Cardiac Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology. This position emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Active IL IEMA license and ARRT certification required.
• Graduate of AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program; post-graduate experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS certification within 12 months of start.
• Minimum of 2 years of technologist experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology.
• EKG and hemodynamic monitoring competency; demonstrated leadership, communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Interventional Procedures Technologist duties, including angiographic/vascular imaging procedures.
• Lead day-to-day department activities, including staff assignments and workflow coordination.
• Support team development through training, coaching and policy guidance.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, radiation safety activities, equipment and supply management.
• Assist leadership with staff scheduling, interviewing and onboarding new team members.

Hourly Pay Range: $41.69 - $64.62 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Position: Interventional Procedures Technician Lead
• Location: Edward Hospital, Naperville, IL
• Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time (40hrs/wk)
• Hours: Day Shift, includes rotating hours and on-call responsibility
• Required Travel: None

What you will do:

• Perform Interventional Procedures Technologist duties, including angiographic/vascular radiologic imaging procedures, while serving as a clinical and operational resource for the team
• Lead day-to-day department activities, including staff assignments, workflow coordination and supporting efficient, compassionate patient care
• Support team member development through training, coaching, feedback and serving as a resource for policies, standards and patient care procedure
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, radiation safety activities, equipment and supply management, and implementation of department policies and procedures
• Assist department leadership with staff scheduling, interviewing and onboarding new team members, performance evaluations and other departmental initiatives

What you will need:

• License: Current Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) license and ARRT certification required
• Education: Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program required; post-graduate experience preferred
• Certification: CPR/BLS Certification required; ACLS certification required within 12 months of position start
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a technologist in a Cardiac Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology procedures
• Skills: EKG and hemodynamic monitoring competency; demonstrated leadership, communication and teamwork skills
