The ideal candidate holds an IEMA license with ARRT certification, graduates from an AMA‑approved Radiologic Technology program, and has 2+ years of Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology

Qualifications

• License: Illinois IEMA license and ARRT certification required.
• Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program; post-graduate experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS certification within 12 months of start.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology.
• EKG and hemodynamic monitoring competency; demonstrated leadership, communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day department activities, including staff assignments and workflow coordination.
• Perform angiographic/vascular imaging procedures, while serving as a clinical and operational resource for the team.
• Train, coach and develop team members and act as a resource for policies and patient care procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, radiation safety activities, equipment and supply management, and policy implementation.
• Assist leadership with staff scheduling, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
