Endeavor Health is seeking an Interventional Procedures Technician Lead at Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL. This full-time role leads daily department activities, performs angiographic imaging and supports safe, compassionate patient care.

Requirements include IEMA license and ARRT certification, AMA-approved Radiologic Technology education, CPR/BLS, ACLS within 12 months, and 2 years in Cardiac Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology. On-call rotation applies.

Hourly Pay Range:

$41.69 - $64.62 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Position: Interventional Procedures Technician Lead
• Location: Edward Hospital, Naperville, IL
• Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time (40hrs/wk)
• Hours: Day Shift, includes rotating hours and on-call responsibility
• Required Travel: None

What you will do:

• Perform Interventional Procedures Technologist duties, including angiographic/vascular radiologic imaging procedures, while serving as a clinical and operational resource for the team
• Lead day-to-day department activities, including staff assignments, workflow coordination and supporting efficient, compassionate patient care
• Support team member development through training, coaching, feedback and serving as a resource for policies, standards and patient care procedure
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, radiation safety activities, equipment and supply management, and implementation of department policies and procedures
• Assist department leadership with staff scheduling, interviewing and onboarding new team members, performance evaluations and other departmental initiatives

What you will need:

• License: Current Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) license and ARRT certification required
• Education: Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program required; post-graduate experience preferred
• Certification: CPR/BLS Certification required; ACLS certification required within 12 months of position start
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a technologist in a Cardiac Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology procedures
• Skills: EKG and hemodynamic monitoring competency; demonstrated leadership, communication and teamwork skills
