Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an Interventional Procedures Technologist Lead (Neuro) at our Evanston, IL location. This full-time role will lead the Interventional Radiology team, mentor staff, ensure patient safety, and uphold sterile technique throughout complex procedures.

You will coordinate equipment readiness, maintain QA, and collaborate with vendors while emphasizing radiation safety. Requires a Bachelor’s in Radiologic Technology, ARRT CV/R, and 5+ years IR experience with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Technology is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of Interventional Radiology experience and 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience; required, experience with vendors and invoicing.
• Current ARRT Radiography (R) and Cardiac-Interventional Technology (CV) certifications; required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and Heartsaver CPR certifications through the American Heart Association; required.

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Interventional Procedures Technologists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that supports professional growth and teamwork.
• Perform complex interventional radiology procedures while maintaining sterile technique and patient safety.
• Ensure adherence to radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure to patients and staff.
• Oversee operation, maintenance, and quality control of imaging equipment, including fluoroscopy and other interventional imaging systems.
• Coordinate equipment readiness, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Prepare patients for procedures, explain processes, and address patient concerns.
• Monitor patient condition and vital signs during procedures and respond appropriately to changes.
