Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Pain Medicine Physician in Munster, IN to join a physician-led group. The role requires board certification or eligibility in Pain Medicine with an Indiana license or eligibility within 90–120 days.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited US medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine (Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology pathway).
• Active Indiana medical license or eligibility within 90–120 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis and treatment for adults with acute and chronic pain.
• Perform interventional pain procedures in outpatient and procedure settings.
• Collaborate with spine surgeons, neurologists, orthopedists, PTs, and PCPs.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Maintain compliance with controlled substances and patient safety guidelines.
