United Future in Munster, Indiana is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Pain Medicine Physician to join a physician-led group. This full-time role offers a subspecialty practice with advanced EPIC EHR and AI-driven documentation, in a hospital system with a focus on mentorship and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited US medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine (via Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology subspecialty pathway).
• Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license (or eligible for licensure within 90–120 days).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and medical/interventional treatment for adult patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Perform a wide range of interventional pain procedures in outpatient and procedure suite settings.
• Collaborate with spine surgeons, neurologists, orthopedists, physical therapists, and PCPs.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and health system guidelines for controlled substances and patient safety.
• Participate in practice development and quality improvement initiatives.
