Qualifications

• Current NJ Registered Nurse License required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• 3–5 years Interventional Radiology experience required.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and role models professional behavior with all staff and provider interactions.
• Promotes unit-based shared governance and staff development.
• Facilitates interviewing and onboarding of new hires.
• Ensures patient care governed by nursing standards and patient safety goals.
• Oversees budgeting and staffing in partnership with nurse manager.
