Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Special Procedures and Cath Lab Technologist to assist in fluoroscopic and interventional procedures, using sterile technique. The role includes patient preparation, documentation in the EMR, and ensuring safety and confidentiality in a fast-paced vascular lab environment.

Required ARRT/CCI certification with BLS; EPIC EHR and PACS experience preferred. This on-site role supports the Mercy Health network in Kentucky.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
• BLS – AHA, required at hire; ACLS preferred.
• State licensure preferred.
• Experience in radiology with surgery exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Licensed Practitioner in fluoroscopic, interventional and neuro-interventional procedures.
• Prepare patients, explain procedures and minimize anxiety.
• Review patient information in EHR and document findings.
• Maintain sterile technique and infection control.
• Adhere to safety standards and corporate responsibility policies.
• Demonstrate knowledge of vascular anatomy and lab exam interpretation.

Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology (ARRT accredited)
