Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Radiologic Tech for the Cath Lab at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Wisconsin. The role involves operating angiographic equipment, assisting in interventional procedures, and monitoring patient status.

Requires Wisconsin radiographer license and ARRT RT certification, with BLS and ACLS within 6 months as needed. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with 8- or 10-hour shifts, weekend and holiday requirements, and a $6,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Advanced training beyond high school in Radiologic Technology.
• Wisconsin Radiographer license and ARRT RT registration required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers within 6 months; ACLS within 6 months if required.

Responsibilities

• Operates angiographic equipment for diagnostic procedures.
• Acts as a scrub assistant during interventional/surgical procedures.
• Monitors patient status and alerts staff to changes.
• Assists with emergency procedures and CPR when needed.
• Identifies/post-processes images and labels them accurately.
• Maintains documentation and billing codes in the RIS.
