Job summary

Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center is seeking a Radiologic Tech for the Cath Lab to support interventional cardiac procedures. The role requires operating angiographic equipment, assisting in surgeries, and ensuring image quality and patient safety.

Training in Radiologic Technology and ARRT registration is expected. Opportunities include benefits from day one and a $6,000 sign-on bonus. Shifts are 8- or 10-hour with weekend, holiday, and on-call rotations; a dynamic team environment supports

Qualifications

• Advanced training beyond high school in Radiologic Technology.
• Certification as Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) preferred/required.
• BLS certification to be obtained within 6 months.
• ACLS certification may be required within 6 months depending on department.

Responsibilities

• Operate angiographic equipment for basic/intermediate diagnostic procedures.
• Act as scrub assistant under supervision during interventional procedures.
• Monitor patient status and respond to life-threatening changes; assist with emergencies.
• Identify and label images, ensure diagnostic quality and proper documentation.
• Post-process images and verify accuracy of patient identifiers and exam details.
