Qualifications

• 1+ year of ICU/critical care or relevant leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly unit schedules ensuring coverage for all cases.
• Assist with performance appraisals, corrective actions, and counseling.

• Manage time effectively to complete duties with minimal supervision.
