Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Practices within the scope of delineated privileges.
• Provide direct patient care to individuals and families.
• Obtain detailed histories and perform physical examinations.
• Document patient encounters and care plans.
• Evaluate and manage critical care patients.
• Participate in rounds with attending staff.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families during admissions, care, and discharge.
• Provide preventive health services and health education.
• Participate in Quality Improvement activities and committees.
• Attend scheduled department meetings.
