NYU Langone Hospital—Brooklyn is seeking a Physician Assistant – Interventional Cardiology to provide patient care in the department and subspecialties. You will follow established standards and collaborate with nursing and staff to support patient safety and outcomes.

The role requires NYS PA licensure, a PA degree (Bachelor's or Master's), BLS, DEA, and at least 1 year of relevant experience; strong communication across all levels of the organization is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program (PA).
• Currently licensed as a Physician Assistant in New York State.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• DEA certificate.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Practices within the scope of delineated privileges.
• Provide direct care to individuals and families consistent with NYU Langone Health–Brooklyn's goals and patient rights.
• Obtain detailed histories and perform physical examinations; write orders in consultation with the attending physician.
• Maintain documentation of patient encounters and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with health care professionals and families during admissions, care, and discharge.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and departmental meetings.
