Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist to perform imaging in the cath lab and support cardiovascular procedures. The role requires proficiency in vascular angiography, angioplasty, and electrophysiology under supervision of the cardiologist/radiologist.

The position emphasizes radiation safety, equipment maintenance, and adherence to AIDET principles, with a focus on teamwork and compliant operation within a freestanding cath lab facility.

Qualifications

• AR RT/RCIS/RCES certification is required or equivalent.
• State licensure for Radiologic Technologist and Fluoroscopy permit if applicable.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and supply chain under facility PAR level.
• Monitor per-case expense and suggest cost-saving ideas.
• Maintain compliance with governing and accreditation agencies.
• Maintain and troubleshoot fluoroscopy and ultrasound equipment.
• Recognize overexposure and maintain radiation safety practices.
• Follow AIDET and be flexible with duties as needed.
• Ensure all duties align with established policies and deliver service excellence.
