Job summary

Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA, seeks a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist to provide scrub support for diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures in a Level 1 Emergency Cardiac Care setting.

This role requires on-call rotation within 30 minutes of the hospital and detailed knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy. You may assist with structural heart repairs (TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman) and with cardiac support devices (IABP, ECMO) as you gain expertise.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited cardiovascular technology program.
• ARRT-R radiography or RCIS/RCES certification required within 6 months of employment start date.
• ACLS must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide scrub assistance for diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures.
• Assist with structural heart repair procedures (TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman) as learned.
• Assist with insertion/removal of cardiac support devices (IABP, Impella, ECMO).
• On-call during the week and weekends in a rotation within 30 minutes of the hospital.
