Job summary

A regional health system in Vidalia, GA is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist to assist in cardiac procedures, perform patient monitoring, and ensure all invasive protocols are followed. Candidates must possess essential certifications including BLS and ACLS, have a high school diploma/GED, and ideally an associate degree. The position requires on-call responsibilities during the week and weekends, emphasizing the need for candidates to live within 30 minutes of the hospital.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Current AHA or ARC BLS certification required.
• Current ACLS or ARRC ALS certification required.
• Georgia ARRT or RCIS credentials required.
• One year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in procedures and cardiac device implantations.
• Serve as subject matter expert for invasive procedures.
• Monitor patients during Cath Lab procedures.
• Handle supplies documentation and patient billing.
