Job summary

Cape Fear Valley Health is seeking a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist for Central Harnett Hospital in Lillington, NC. The role involves invasive diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures, image processing and patient monitoring.

You will assist in scrub and monitor duties and contribute to lab quality and safety. Qualified applicants have an associate degree in Radiologic Technology or Cardiovascular Technology, and current ARRT and/or RCIS certification.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or Cardiovascular Technology required.
• Current ARRT and/or RCIS certification required.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of patient monitoring equipment and x-ray imaging.
• Ability to be on call and work in a high-stress environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs invasive diagnostic, interventional cardiology, and electrophysiology procedures.
• Responsible for operation and quality assurance of image processing, patient monitoring, and x-ray equipment.
• Participates in the daily activities of the lab by assisting scrub and monitor roles.
